"Paul Strowe was great. Sitting in the open aft bar listening to a guitarist has always been one of our favorite forms of entertainment on the Summit. But Paul is the best we've seen in our three summit cruises. I think your cruise was his second with Celebrity, ours the first, so he seemed unsure if they will keep him for the Hawaii cruises. But he sounded like he wanted to continue on for a while and I'm sure he'll be getting great comments on the evaluation forms, so hopefully he'll be on our cruise next March."

So far the highlights of our cruise have been listening to a fabulous guitarist, Paul Strowe, and attending an interesting Cabernet blending seminar by sommelier Ivo. (sp?). Oh, and of course the Martini Tasting with our Cruisecritic buddies was fun too. And the food is fantastic, as always on a Celebrity cruise.”
